Returned policy:
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only for products damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was shipped.
Product Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a product return or exchange, you must email us at BestPart@360lifechanges.info within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and arrange for your replacement to be sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
Payment Methods:
All major credit cards and debit cards accepted via Stripe. Etsy payments accepted for physical products.
Refund Processing Time:
Allow 30-90 days to receive a refund if granted.
COACHING PROGRAM POLICIES
Program Payment:
All programs must be paid in full upfront after adding to cart. Payment plans available – email BestPart@360lifechanges.info for information.
Pre-Program Cancellation:
If you cancel before your program starts, there will be a $100 cancellation fee plus any additional registration, processing, recap, or material description fees deducted from your refund.
Post-Program Start Policy:
Once your program begins, all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-reimbursable. All programs are final sale.
MENTOR COACHING SCHEDULE POLICIES
Past, Present & Future Life Programs:
- Appointments assigned on first-come, first-serve basis
- Your appointment day/time remains consistent throughout your 4-month program
- To reserve the same time slot for your next program: $100 reservation fee (refunded when you start and pay for next program in full)
- Must already be enrolled in a program to book future spots
Group Programs (“Living in the Now”):
- No make-up sessions for missed group meetings
- Spots assigned based on enrollment availability – book early
- Same cancellation policies apply
MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICIES
All Mentor Programs (except “Living in the Now”):
- Confirmation text sent (no reply needed) followed by phone call at appointment time
- Missing appointments is highly discouraged
- Worksheet provided via email to compensate for missed sessions (only if rescheduling isn’t possible)
One-on-One Peer Coaching & Fitness Card Readings:
- Must be ready and on time for appointment
- Recommended: Write down your topic and 3 specific details before your session
- Two call attempts made at appointment time
- If unavailable for both calls, appointment is canceled and payment becomes cancellation fee

Mentoring coaching schedule and company policy.
Past, present, and future schedule:
All clients will be given a date and time based on open availability for every session per program. (as we only offer a first come first serve basis with the appointment time. Client appt Day /time will stay the same during the duration of the quarter (4 months) that was set by client choice per each mentor coaching program. In regards to past life shadow, Present life present, and future life plans.
If you will like to have the same slot for the next program the fee is a $100 and you will receive the $100 back once you start your next program and payment is paid fully.
All programs are paid fully however if you are interested in a payment plan email BestPart561@360lifechanges.info for further information.
All programs are paid in full upfront after adding to the cart.
If you cancel your appointment before the program starts, there will be a cancellation fee of $100.00 as well as any additional registration fee, processing fee, recap fee, material description fee, etc that will be applied and deducted from your payment before a refund is issued back. When the program starts there will strictly be a non-refundable And Non-reimbursement policy. All products/ programs are final sale. If refund is granted allow 30-90 days to receive.

Living in the Now:
There are no make-up days for missed days in the living in now program schedule. As this program is in a group setting so time frame and Days are official.

If you missed a meeting or waiting for a meeting. these rules apply to all programs.

Peer mentoring coaching:
The following information pertains to
Past life shadows, present life present, and future life goals.
You will be sent a worksheet to go over and return by email to compensate for the missed meeting with a follow-up email to go over your response.
(However, missing an appointment is highly unfavorable at 360 life changes)
This will only occur if the meeting can’t be rescheduled.
One to one peer coaching 30min and 1 hr and Fitness card reading.
The slots are booked on open appointment availability so book now to see which slots are open. All appointments are paid upfront after adding to the cart.
– note: you must be ready and on time for appt to get the most out of your duration of the appt.
Do the following:
Before appt, I highly recommend to my clients to write down what exactly is the topic and at least three details about the topic.
* this will make sure that we are staying on the mission of this chitchat discussion is concerning.
Initiation of call for apt (highlight it)
You will receive( no text back) confirmation text followed by a call based on your appointment time. If you are not available upon call. The coach will provide another call after a few minutes. If you don’t make it to the second call. Your appt is canceled and your payment will be compensated for your cancellation fee in the amount of the one to one peer mentoring coaching and fitness reading of your initial selection of the meeting.
Reschedule
If you are unable to make it to any of your sessions, please email us at Bestpart@lifechanges.info with the reason why your appointment was missed along with your questions/concerns and 3 details. Please place your name and contact number attached with your confirmation time.
If approved, we will reach out to you to reschedule or deliver a clarity message to you in another form of communication. If not, by phone is an option but that depends on the volume of appointments. The email that you will send for rescheduling will be acknowledged upon deliverers of the complaint.
