Compensation: Hourly Rate or Per-Location Rate (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
360 Life Changes Early Learning & Behavior Support Program is seeking a professional, reliable, and outgoing Community Outreach Representative to assist with community marketing and relationship building throughout Palm Beach County.
The representative will travel to daycares, preschools, VPK programs, private schools, charter schools, learning centers, pediatric offices, therapy centers, and community organizations to distribute marketing materials and introduce our services.
This position is primarily project-based and will require outreach campaigns approximately every four (4) months to ensure community partners remain updated on our programs, services, events, and enrollment opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Use Google Maps and online resources to identify and locate schools and community organizations.
* Visit daycares, preschools, VPK programs, charter schools, private schools, learning centers, therapy clinics, and pediatric offices.
* Professionally introduce 360 Life Changes Early Learning & Behavior Support Program.
* Deliver flyers, brochures, business cards, enrollment information, and promotional materials.
* Speak with directors, administrators, office staff, and community leaders.
* Maintain positive relationships with existing community partners.
* Gather updated contact information when available.
* Track all locations visited.
* Submit outreach reports after each campaign.
* Take photos documenting completed visits when appropriate.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable speaking with school administrators and business professionals.
* Ability to work independently.
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
* Smartphone with internet access and Google Maps.

This is a flexible, part-time outreach position.
Outreach campaigns will typically occur every four (4) months, during which the representative will travel throughout Palm Beach County to visit assigned locations and distribute updated marketing materials. REQUIREMENTS:
Fitness instructor certification or equivalent experience
