Mentoring Programs

360 LC Peer Mentor Coaching

Provides guidance and healing of your lifestyle; helps you become your best self. These sessions are very directive. Clients complete a questionnaire to identify goals so that their trainer knows which areas to work on. It is a yearly system that is divided into three programs of four months each. We offer one-on-one peer coaching as well as group programs.

Requirements

All participants are required to fill out an application to enroll
Participants are required to bring their own pen/pencil
All three programs are interconnected so clients can’t skip any program and they must go in order
The booklet is included or clients can download it from the website before the start of the session

PROGRAMS:

One-on-one peer coaching

Provides guidance and healing of your lifestyle; helps you become your best self.

Refocus mentor coaching

(Group Coaching)
Provides guidance and healing of your lifestyle; helps you become your best self.

1-4 months

(Past)
Provides guidance and healing of your lifestyle; helps you become your best self.

5-8 Months

(Present)
Provides guidance and healing of your lifestyle; helps you become your best self.

9-12 months

(Future)
Provides guidance and healing of your lifestyle; helps you become your best self.

3 months mentor coaching

(Local Only) Provides guidance and healing of your lifestyle; helps you become your best self.

Chit Chat 1:1 peer coaching:

Anyone who wants to vent or needs clarity regarding the purpose of life can come and have a personal one on one chit chat.

They don’t have to be in any program
It will be a one-on-one session with a peer coach
Those who want to join will have to book an appointment online
They will be given a confirmation after payment
After payment they will be given appointment
Briefly Explain 2 to 3 lines the nature of the Appt and add it to the additional note section during check out.

Refocus mentor coaching

People that went through the full program and need a kickback to regain motivation. Designed for people that can work independently as well being able to speak in large group settings.

If they have not gone through the program fully there a chance that they may not be accepted in this program. After the consultation, it will be decided by the life coach whether they can join or not.
To join, they need to fill out an online application
It is for locals only. No online session currently available.
Only 25 people per group so first come first served
It will be a one-hour session every Monday
Timing will be conveyed after acceptance
The location will be updated on the website or provided on the receipt
If they are not a member of any other program and get accepted in this, payment is required
Administration fee: $25
Processing fee: $100

Past Life Shadows

It is a four months program which will mainly focus on working on past events and getting over them/moving forward.

1-4 month program:

Free consultation for everyone to see if this program suits them. All you have to do is fill out the screening questions for a free consultation by phone
To enroll, they have to fill out a 360 Life Change application online. The application will also help the coach to understand the history of the client and what their expectations are from the program
After that, there will be an orientation (over email, phone, facetime, or in-person) to go over the key points and to mutually decide where to start
The booklet is included or clients can download it from the website before the start of the session
Program duration is 4 months and 8 sessions will be conducted during this time
Price of 1 session is $50 so for 8 sessions it will be $400
There will be a 1-hour live chat twice a month to discuss the progress for a total of 8 hours in the four-month duration
If the peer mentor coach feels that there is something else that the client should be doing creatively, it will be noted as 360 notes to complete before the next appointment

(Program duration is 4 months and 8 sessions will be conducted during this time)

Present Life Presents

The next four months of the program will mainly focus on how to make your present better and what changes are required to make it purposeful.

After completing the first program (1-4 month) participants can enroll in this program
After completing the first program if you don’t have the same coach you have to resubmit your application.
As a life coach, we agree not to share information and life coach notes, etc as it is the coaches personal connection with the client.
To enroll, they have to fill out a 360 Life Changes application online. The application will also help the coach understand the history of the client and what their expectations are from the program
After that, there will be an orientation (over email, phone, Facetime, or in-person) to go over the key point and to mutually decide where to start
There will be a Recap fee of $25.00 if you are already in a mentor program and you go a 3 month period/ break between programs in regards to past life shadows and present life presents

There will be a 1-hour live chat twice a month to discuss the progress so a total of 8 hours during four-month duration
If the peer mentor coach feels that there is something else that the client should be doing creatively, it will be noted as 360 notes to complete before the next appointment

Future Life Plans

The program will mainly focus on setting future goals and how to work towards a better future

9-12 month program:

After completing the first two programs (1-4 month and 5-8 month) participants can enroll in this program. It is important to attend these programs in order
After completing the first two programs if you don’t have the same coach you have to resubmit your application. As a fitness coach, we agree not to share information and fitness notes, etc as it is the coach’s personal connection with the client
To enroll, they have to fill out a 360 Life Change application online. The application will also help the coach to understand the history of the client and what their expectations are from the program
After that, there will be an orientation (over email, phone, facetime, or in-person) to go over the key point and to mutually decide where to start
As mentor coaches, we agree not to share your information, etc. as it is the coach’s personal connection with the client

Living in the Now

3 months mentor coaching program (for locals only): This jump start program is only for the individual that can adjust to bigger atmospheres and are able to talk in larger groups freely. Must be able to work with peers as well as independently on your own. This program focuses more on the present and we recap the past in a different light.
