This digital service connects clients worldwide through phone, email, text, or FaceTime. Clients categorize themselves as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced based on their fitness level. Our coach creates a personalized workout routine and tracks progress through documented fitness spreads.
Choose your preferred spread on our website and book an appointment online. During your session, cards are personally drawn to align with your current energy. Additional clarity cards and personalized messages may be included based on what emerges during your reading.
The extended feature is FREE as it’s our goal to make sure there is no where you’re going but UP. Just mention that you want the extended feature during your first fitness reading.
This one-on-one card reading is conducted by Coach Fitness J. The card spread provides both spiritual and physical support for clients worldwide who can purchase their fitness spread online.
Each reading includes:
Current energy overview (the message you need to hear)
Personalized fitness workout
Active wellness activity (e.g., enjoy tea with soothing music)
Insight and motivational messages for full-circle goal support
Additional clarity cards and personal messages may be added based on your needs.
